had the tranny and transfer case fluid changed, and had them replace a u joint that was shot, it sure was quiet on the ride home lol

i just changed my front fluid, don't think i lost any fluid till i actually broke the seal to remove the cover. YOu might lose a bit from the blolt holes. If you do get fluid, best to change it and redo the seal. Front isn't too bad, the rear takes more time to get the fluid back in though.

changed the rear diff fluid this afternoon, i got to find an easier way to get the oil back in it.

Replaxed the drivers side wheel bearing/hub assembly broke 1/4 drive ratchet, went to sears in fairmont who isn't allowed to pull one off the floor to replace, offered to phone it in and send me one in a weekm or i could go to Bridgeport, or use the repair kit, i took the repair kit, not too bad exe...

lol very funny! I rotated my tires, replaced a couple lug nuts and discovered i have to replace the drivers front hub/bearing assembly in addition to the front seal for the driveshaft! decided to look underneath it and the from diff is leaking where the driveshaft goes in, looks like a seal. is it as hard (easy) as the rear to replace and done about the same way?
