Anyone have a tranny jack adapter around Clarksburg?

Got one from napa at $140. Ended up not being my clutch but my tranny input shaft retainer shaft.

Anyone have a tranny jack adapter around Clarksburg?

Like the title says. Does anyone have a tranny jack adapter in or around Clarksburg? My clutch pretty much gave up on my way home from work. I have a clutch kit. Just no jack adapter...I assumed the auto parts stores rented them but they do not.

new wv state instection law

Hasnt the 3" bumper that extends from tire to tire always been a law? I remember reading about it at the westover exxon last year when I got inspected. I hope my stuff passes: Olympic slider 1.25" tube bumper which only goes fender to fender with 3.75" BS wheels with flares to cover. If not I will h...

38? I didnt think the civics were that good. I was just looking at saturns, they all have really good consumer reviews with decent gas mileage...like upper 20's. And they are relatively dirt cheap. I am use to getting what i pay for so i dont want to go too low.

Re: Need your help/opinion: Cost analysis of Trading or Fixing

I guess a beater car would be the best option. I dont need a nice car by any means because the other half has a brand new car and another new car will only add to payments and insurance. If i can find something cheap and buy it outright, then i will have two paid for vehicles with insignificant incr...

Re: Modified friendly inspection stations

Right down the street from the westover exxon is another modified place. It is a towing company. I am not positive on the name but i think it is "<so and so's> Towing". If your coming from downtown, veer right at the light and it is just 1/4 mile or so on the left.

Re: Need your help/opinion: Cost analysis of Trading or Fixing

I did a little calculation, you can see it here: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Aj1n8A1WGgsddFBaUDJUT2hJU05CdThockpFODJkcWc&hl=en&authkey=CJ-nm7wI#gid=0 i made some assumptions - the truck mileage was based on my previous experience, the standard car and economy car are blended estimates ...

Re: Need your help/opinion: Cost analysis of Trading or Fixing

Thanks for the responses. Everyone is sayin my prices are high (this is on JF too). If i dont buy a DD, then a quiet soft top or a hard top is a must. My 05 top was decent but it slowly became loose over the years. I dont necessarily have to have top of the line stuff. If I was going all out, I woul...

Need your help/opinion: Cost analysis of Trading or Fixing

I need help with a cost analysis on whether I should keep my jeep or fix it up. I know a lot of people here are partial to jeeps and so am I (going on 7 years with my TJ). But I need some advice on what you guys would do if it were yours. My current mods are listed in my signature. I will mention a ...

Re: Non Jeep Bodywork question

Try some 3M 5200 Marine sealant. This stuff is strong and you could put it under the edge and strap it down to let it cure. I think it would most definitely hold it.

Re: Under Cover Fabworks T/C Skid

hey matt, nice looking skid. I may buy one here soon when xmas shopping for myself. Is the tranny skid available for the 97-02 version.

Also, are there any new products you will be adding to your line in the future?
