no, it will not prevent the compressor from kicking in, it will blend warm air with the a/c's cold air though if the compressor is kicking in properly

EDIT : ok the sensor on the T-Case is 3 wire = WT/OR -VSS signal VT/OR - 5 volt ref BR/YL - Sensor Ground And your PCM Connector 2 - pin 28 LG/BK - VSS signal pin 25 DB/BK - VSS ground assuming you have the cluster from the Ram working in the TJ, or have your cluster hooked up through the PCM ? now ...

first need to confirm proper charge amount, then it sounds like "IF" its charged enough that its not getting the signal from the head unit to engage the clutch, the blend door will only blend heat with a/c or vice versa, it will not keep your a/c from kicking on

Ok, thought I might get by with no clocking plate on the NP205 transfer case, but to do that I would have to put a bend in the cross member and loose my flat belly (on the buggy) :lol: ...... So I ordered up a clocking plate for it and luckily the seats have another 6" of upward space they can be mo...
