Never got the chance to meet him in person but did chat with him here on the site and he struck me as one fine individual with some great fab skills. Sorry I never got the chance to meet or wheel with him. May he now R.I.P.
If its not broken then lets take it apart and lose some of the pieces and then it will be.

This picture is well liked by Matts friends and family. I posted it up on his memorial facebook page and it has gotten alot of comments and even found it's way to the default picture of his page.

Yea it gets comments like crazy, I even had people ask me to email it to them so they can print and frame it. Think I'm going to do one to put in my garage on the wall.

X2 on the garage Todd. I wish I took those pictures with my camera rather than my phone. Then it could've made a nice 8x10. Still a kick@ss picture.

What an awful thing to happen to someone at such a hound age. Praying for family and friends. RIP Matt.

judging from the pics of his jeep it looked like he was a pretty talented guy. it's a shame he didn't get to continue his work.

should be a lesson to all of us to drive safe and wear your seatbelt.

Yes, folks by all means wear your seatbelt.

I never got to meet Matt in person, we exchanged PM's on more than 1 occasion & I found him to be a great asset to jeepinwv & a shoe-in as a new WVJC member. I'm sure he will be missed by everyone who knew him & we @ JeepinWV/WVJC are saddened at the loss of his life.

Rest in Peace Matt, & I know your up in heaven playing football & wheeling that jeep :)

it's nice to see the unity of this club and just the wheeling community in general come together for the passing of a fellow jeeper even if you did not know them personally. although i didn't know matt, i do know how it feels to lose a good friend at a young age.

i think the stickers are a great way of doing it.
