Blower motor upgrade for CJ's
You can simply get a blower motor out of a Chevy Blazer of the same year as your CJ and get twice the airflow**. The only mod that needs to be done is enlarging the hole in the firewall that the heater motor goes in.
**With a YJ heater plenum you can achieve even BETTER airflow and heating in your CJ!**

Do you mean the full size Blazer's or S-10 body?

I've got some sort of issue with my heater, just not sure what it is yet. If I have to tear into it, might as well upgrade it while I'm there!

That's how I looked at it. It might be your resistor if the blower only works on one or two speeds.

I'm not sure at this point if it's motor or switch. I have no blower at all. One of the PO's put the body lift on it and didn't reconnect everything, I just haven't chased enough wires yet to see what's up.

Where the vent cmes down on the passenger side there is a little red strip that has the resistor through it. It's actually a few inches up inside the vent. Looks like three springs with male terminals. Make sure it's plugged in and not burnt up or broken.
