Tried to change the drag link. Watched the stud on the old one spin round and round as I tried to get the nut off. Decided I'm probably going to have to cut it off. Shut my garage door.

Sometimes if you can get a pry bar in there and put some pressure on the link where its shoving the rod end into the seat the nut will come on off.
Beat it to fit. Paint it to match.

The seat may be wallowed out, too, if the stud is spinning so easily. Check the PA, or knuckle, depending on which end you're having issues with. Might have to fix or replace that too.
06 TJ, rusted out frame, fenders, and tub. Rocking a 6" body lift.

Why am I such a prick? Everything is relative, you should meet some of my friends.

Thanks. I'll try this as soon as I get the right combination of light, time, and temperature to craw back up under it again.

That wouldn't surprise me. Passenger side is the side that has been plagued with all the problems I've had - shock mount, ball joint, etc.

Oh well, in for a penny, in for a pound.

Between getting hit at 60 and then sliding into the guard rail posts there wasn't any good meat left.

I was out of town teaching last week but I found time to change out the switch on the light bar mounted to the front bumper.

Wired up the factory fan to an inside switch. Cussed several times but it's done. No more overheating at idle.
